Fortune Wok to Table is committed and constantly challenged by the duality of fast paced dumplings 1st floor while balancing an authentic fine dining Chinese setting which  comes at a slower pace. The challenges are at times difficult but everyone who comes in understands Chinese cuisine is what we excel in.

Chef CJ wanted to make a space both inviting for people who want a quick eat and also allow the same patrons a chance to experience authentic Chinese cuisine. His prowess in the culinary arts is exactly what he wants to show from the handmade dumplings to traditionally inspired Chinese cuisine from Shanghai.
