Chef CJ wanted to make a space both inviting for people who want a quick eat and also allow the same patrons a chance to experience authentic Chinese cuisine. His prowess in the culinary arts is exactly what he wants to show from the handmade dumplings to traditionally inspired Chinese cuisine from Shanghai.
